Is $3,600 to replace leaking evaporator coil under parts warranty a fair price?

I live in Arizona and had a Lennox XC-20 variable speed 5 ton unit installed in August 2019. It was roughly $20k at the time. In summer of 2023, it was diagnosed as having a leaking evap coil which was replaced for free. Three years later, the evap coil is leaking again and the system is not cooling.
