Is $700 to get a deep cleaning service for a 5-head minisplit system a fair price?

I had no idea that minisplits need cleaning other than regular filter cleaning and wiping down, which was not discussed with the installer at the time (late 2019). This is my first time having a system other than cadet heaters. The units have started to smell musty, and after reading up on this I discovered how nasty the blower wheels can get. I shined a flashlight up in there and sure enough, they're gross. My concern isn't so much on cost, but whether this type of cleaning will be enough to actually get the wheels clean without disassembly. I'm also interested in their annual cleaning service moving forward if it helps prevent the issue.
