Is $20,000 to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system a fair price?

I have engaged the top installers in my area according to the Mitsubishi website. I have had 3 companies come and look and have received 2 quotes. My current system is a Lennox, and I am looking to replace it with a Mitsubishi solution. I plan to use the new system mainly for cooling, with heating as a good backup, as I already have a newer combi unit, radiator, in-floor heating, and hot water heater. I am trying to determine if the quoted price of $18,000 - $20,000 is reasonable.
