Is $700 to perform deep diagnostic and clearing of a clogged drain pipe a fair price?
Project Details
Second floor condo owner for 2 years with no previous issues. A/C went out due to a clogged drain pipe that the technician could not clear initially. The unit has no outside condenser box, only a grate on the wall.
