Is $325 to clear condensate drain lines and water cleanup a fair price?
Project Details
I am a landlord having all the things collapse at once, and I'm struggling to keep up. I am personally skeptical of the $775 cost to install the switches, as they seem to cost less than $100.

Call was for two large yellow spots on the upstairs ceiling, with the ceiling already caved through. Checked system and found: - Main condensate line backed up and drain pan full of water - Secondary drain line also backed up and not draining as it should - No EZ trap float switches on primary or drain pan float switch (either switch would have prevented this from happening) Work performed: - Cleaned up all the water out of the pan - Cleared the blockage in both condensation drain lines
