Project Details
I have a 4 ton Greenspeed in the attic that is 14 years old and on its last legs. I have 3 other HVAC systems totaling 9 tons. My long-term HVAC company is resizing to 5 ton due to high open ceilings and ductwork exposed to attic heat. I am choosing a two-stage system over variable speed. The outdoor unit is located 3 floors below and 40 feet away.
