Is $16,000 to install hvac and replace flex ducting with metal a fair price?
Project Details
We bought a home and immediately had to deal with mold and water intrusion issues. Those are finally resolved. The house is currently under construction and down to studs. I am now very conscious of dust, mold, and overall air quality. This is not our forever home and I am hesitant to open up more walls after we’ve incurred so many new expenses already. Ducting didn’t get wet but we did have mold remediation.
