Is $11,000 to install a Bosch HVAC system a fair price?

I'm evaluating three options for my HVAC replacement. I'm in Tampa, FL, so cooling and humidity control are my priorities. All seem to qualify for $3k in total utility rebate and tax credit. Longer term reliability is important to me. I like the Goodman factory warranty and the (likely) better availability of parts and techs who are familiar with the system. Bosch isn't as popular around here, and I'm concerned about finding techs to work on the unit and parts availability. I feel all companies would do a good job. I really don't know which way to go! Any insight is appreciated!
