Is $11,500 to install a new 5 ton American Standard AC system a fair price?

I am seeking input on whether this is a fair quote. I appreciate the time and professionalism of this family-owned company but am unfamiliar with the going rate. I previously received another quote for $15,000. My current system is 20 years old, 5 ton, and I haven't experienced any humidity issues, and my energy bills are modest. The house has 2 zones with motorized dampeners. To upgrade to a 2-stage system, I would need to replace my 2-year-old furnace, which the previous owners installed. One of the two zones is a second-story game room/bathroom, approximately 500 sq/ft and open, with the first-floor zone handling most of the load. This is not my area of expertise.
