Is $1,350 to replace the circuit board a fair price?

I own the lower unit of a stacked townhouse. I had a brand new First Co air handler (model 12SPXC-2HW) installed in September 2023 for C$12,000 total. It recently stopped working, and the HVAC company diagnosed it as a faulty circuit board and compressor. The compressor is under a 5-year manufacturer's warranty, but other parts like the circuit board are only covered for 1 year. I am seeking opinions on whether the quoted prices are fair, especially the compressor labour cost, given the unit was installed less than two years ago.
