Is $1,500 to replace capacitor and fan motor a fair price?
Project Details
I need a new capacitor and fan motor for my AC unit. I tried swapping the capacitor myself, but the fan still didn't kick on. I'm having trouble finding OEM Carrier parts, and matching an aftermarket motor is difficult because the sticker on my current motor is not legible.
