My parents' 40-year-old boiler finally failed. My mom jumped on the first quote she got from Great Dane without shopping around, and they are installing it tomorrow. My dad is not happy about the price. I'm currently learning HVAC but haven't had much experience with boilers yet. Our house is a 2-story, 4-bedroom home with a basement, and the AC system is also very old, dating back to when the house was built.
