Is $12,500 to remediate mold and install new insulation (full removal) a fair price?

I have mold in my attic. I am opposed to spray foaming the exterior walls and decking, but I may consider it for the raised bathroom that extends up to the attic. My bathroom has high ceilings, which are raised in the attic, and it has vents outside.
