Is $3,700 to insulate a 25'x36'x10' pole barn with 2" closed cell spray foam a fair price?

I made an initial thread about this about six months ago, and the unanimous decision was to go with closed cell spray foam. I've finally raised the funds and am ready to schedule the appointment. I'm trying to decide between two thickness options. The overall gap between the metal outside, the 1.5" horizontal wood, and the 5.5" posts is about 7 inches. I'm also wondering if I should add fiberglass batts or loose fill cellulose on top of the spray foam, or if leaving the remaining 4" space before the sheetrock (after 3" of spray insulation) matters for condensation. Sheetrock will be installed after the electrical work is done. I need to know if R21 is enough for the walls and what to do with the remaining air space.
