Is $3,700 to insulate a 25'x36'x10' pole barn with 2" closed cell spray foam a fair price?

I made an initial thread on this about 6 months back, and the unanimous decision was to go with closed cell spray foam. I've finally raised the funds and am ready to schedule the appointment. I have one more choice to make regarding the insulation thickness. I'm also considering whether to add fiberglass batts or loose fill cellulose on top of the closed spray foam. Sheetrock will be installed after the electrical work is completed. I'm concerned about the remaining 4 inches of space before the Sheetrock after 3 inches of spray insulation, wondering if it matters or if it could lead to condensation. I'm also unsure if R21 will be sufficient for the walls and what to do with the remaining air space.
