Project Details

The home is a 1950s Cape Cod style with approximately 2 inches of existing blown-in insulation. The second floor gets significantly hotter than the first floor. The homeowner notes there are no recessed lights, no soffits, and no decking in the attic, just joists. The attic currently has two gables for venting and the project is located in South Carolina.
