Is $10,101 to remove attic insulation, air seal, and install r-50 cellulose insulation a fair price?

I am located in the Tidewater area of Virginia and was thinking about having some work done on my ac supply lines due to aging and having put a new unit in last year. My contractor mentioned replacing the insulation while they were installing new lines and this is the quote they sent for air sealing and new insulation.
