Is $2,200 to remove vapor barrier, sanitize crawl space, and install new vapor barrier a fair price?
Project Details
I moved into my house in 2021 due to a military move. The house was a flip and I've discovered several issues since moving in. I previously paid $7,000 for duct work and a metal bridge to block pests, but marsh rabbits have found a way back into the crawl space. There is significant waste and nesting material from rabbits, mice, and snakes. Additionally, there are structural issues including a twisting support beam and a sinking foundation pier. Total repairs are estimated at over $8,000, which I cannot afford right now.
