Is $800 to insulate a 12x16ft shed with open cell foam a fair price?
Project Details
I have a 12x16ft by 8ft tall shed that was built on site and is raised off the ground. I've already completed the electrical work and now plan to insulate and drywall the inside walls and ceiling, going right up to the ceiling as there's no attic. I will be installing a mini split. The shed will be used as an art studio, a place for my mom's Etsy projects, and for some storage. The outer wall is LP SmartSide, which is like OSB on one side and molded to look like cedar on the other, and I plan to paint the outside. The roof has some sort of solar aluminum radiant material called "solarboard".
