Is $900 to spray foam rim joists in unfinished basement a fair price?

Project Details

My 1980s home is 2,500 sqft. A blower door test showed most air leakage was coming from the basement. I have already air sealed and re-insulated the attic. I don't plan on finishing the basement as it's mostly workshop and HVAC space, and I don't need the extra space. I just want to spend less on HVAC for the rest of the house. I'm wondering if spray foaming the rim joists is the right idea or if it's not worth it since I'm not finishing the basement. The product specced is Demilec HFO W CC, and I'm curious if it's a good product. I plan to check that this is what they actually spray when they start the work.
