My wife and I are remodeling a small home we purchased. I have basically no experience with these sorts of things as a first-time homeowner and am looking for feedback on the price. I did a quick mockup on an online tool to show what we're looking for. Just looking around online, the price seems pretty good, but more opinions are always appreciated.
