Is $9,000 for supply and install kitchen cabinets a fair price?

This quote from WREN Kitchens is for a kitchen remodel, including the cost of cabinets and labor for installation. WREN Kitchens is a British company known for its large showrooms and wide selection of colors and designs. A 3D design image was provided during the consultation. Financing for the project is available through Wells Fargo. Please note the following exclusions:
- Demo Work: Homeowner or a separate contractor is responsible for demolition.
- Flooring: WREN Kitchens does not install flooring, but they can work with Home Depot to calculate the cost into the final price. My husband and I are in the process of planning and budgeting our kitchen remodel. We initially considered IKEA but decided against it due to the extensive DIY assembly required. My budget for the kitchen, including labor and cabinets, is less than $10,000, and I cannot afford over $20,000. We also don't have time for DIY. I'm looking for a place that offers financing because every contractor I've spoken to wants cash, and I've already taken out a HELOC for something else. Most contractors I've contacted want over $20,000 for the kitchen.
