Is $9,000 to remodel a kitchen with WREN Kitchens a fair price?

My husband and I are in the process of planning and budgeting our kitchen remodel. Our first choice was IKEA, but we passed on it because of the extensive DIY required for cabinet assembly. I'm looking for feedback from anyone who has done their kitchen through WREN. My budget for the entire project, including labor and cabinets, is less than $20,000, and specifically for the WREN portion, it's less than $10,000. We cannot do DIY due to lack of time. I'm also looking for a place that offers financing, as most contractors I've spoken to want cash, and I've already taken out a HELOC for something else. We are keeping our fairly new appliances, including a dishwasher bought a few months ago. I can handle the painting myself, as I've done our entire interior. So, many things are staying as-is.
