Is $9,100 to obtain permits and plans to clear kitchen code violation a fair price?
Project Details
I bought the house with the kitchen already renovated by the previous owner. The renovation passed inspection during the sale, but a code inspector found a violation after closing. I feel the cost is high, especially for the plans for a small kitchen (100 sqft), and I am considering legal action against the previous owner.
