Is $9,500 to install kitchen cabinets from various brands a fair price?

My kitchen is a small galley and I had a budget in mind of $10k for cabinets. This is my forever home, so I don't want to replace again (I am 50). One of the main reasons I am torn between brands/custom, is that all the brand sellers keep saying "lifetime warranty". $5k is more than I wanted to spend, but I can put things off a bit I guess and save some more. Their custom work is exceptional. They have been milling hardwood for 70+ years. I know they would do a great job, but it's hard for me to justify the additional $5k. I can put off the remodel for a bit to save money, but just wanted advice on whether the other brands are truly crap.
