Is $25,000 to purchase birch plywood, maple framed cabinets a fair price?

I'm in the final stages of designing our kitchen remodel and would like some insight from those who have already started their kitchen remodel journey. Below are a few renderings of the design, this seems to check all of the boxes we have but it's our first time doing a large scale remodel. I'm asking for feedback on the design and anything I might want to consider. The island will be one piece as long as it fits into the house. I'm debating removing the Stainless Steel range hood for an additional cabinet over the range and a slim profile vent. I'm also considering removing the drawers on the pantry and keeping this as a one piece cabinet with 4 doors. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
