Is $1,000 to install a mantel mount and mount a tv a fair price?

Project Details

Just bought a small townhome where the family room setup is poor due to a gas fireplace jutting out 22 inches deep and 70 inches wide. The seller lied about the age of the porcelain tile floors, which are discontinued, leaving only one spare box to fill gaps if the wall is modified.
