Is $830 to repair a 10-foot wall-to-wall ceiling crack a fair price?
Project Details
The crack has been there for a while but worsened over the past few months. It had been fixed previously but resurfaced. We suspect foundation settling is the cause, though a structural engineer didn't find any major red flags. We also have some wall cracks, but the ceiling was the most severe.
