Is $1,380 to repair cracks in the ceiling a fair price?
Project Details
I had a professional check out a soft spot in the ceiling in my kitchen. They didn't find any leaks or water damage but found cracked ceilings in other rooms too. The cracks are very small, barely visible. I'm questioning whether this is a necessary repair or solely aesthetic, i.e., optional.
