Is $7,000 to skim coat and texture walls and ceilings a fair price?
Project Details
I was quoted $7000 to skim coat and texture the walls and ceilings of my 2300 sq ft house. I'm wondering if I should get a second and third opinion or go with this quote. I don't have an example of the texture, but it's described as very light and minimal. The contractor explained this is how they achieve the best results, and I'm considering if this is for more labor hours or truly for quality.
