Is $1,000 to install a water softener system in the garage a fair price?
Project Details
I've decided to get a water softener for my home. I'm trying to get an idea of a reasonable cost because $1,000 seems a little high for tapping into a line and rerouting water, especially since the main line is only 5 feet away. If it were $500, I wouldn't even question it.
