Is $775 to replace prv valve and two gate valves with ball valves a fair price?

Project Details

The PRV valve on the main line of my house has started leaking (slow drip). The main line also has 2 gate values that I'd like to replace with ball valves. Plumbers these days charge $60 - $150 just to come and provide an estimate these days in my area.
