Is $100,000 to install a 35' Latham Olympia 16 fiberglass pool with spa and patio a fair price?

Project Details

My wife and I are currently getting quotes for fiberglass pools and we were a bit surprised by the cost ($100k+). We are considering this setup and are wondering if there's anything wrong with it or if paying $100-110k for it is crazy. We are in North Texas and have gotten 5 different quotes so far, ranging from $100-130k. This is for a new build, so there's easy access to the backyard through a vacant lot next door. The yard is flat and there is ample room for everything. I'm also curious if gunnite is better than fiber and why someone would pay more for a gunnite pool.
