Is $220,000 to install a 14x35 latham astoria 14 fiberglass pool and spa with decking a fair price?

I live in the Pacific Northwest and am looking at a 14x35 Latham Astoria 14 quote. When I look at other prices quoted on here they are significantly less than this. What am I missing? Is this a bad deal on my end or am I comparing apples and oranges?
