Is $75,000 to build a 15x30 basic pool with 500 sq ft of decking a fair price?
Project Details
I am located in north Florida. I received two quotes for a pool and I'm surprised by how low one of the prices is. I estimate the likely cost should be around $45,000-$50,000. I'm also wondering if most companies base their pricing on the square footage of concrete, once electric and plumbing are calculated.
