Is $7,200 to install a concrete deck around a pool a fair price?
Project Details
We are getting a new pool tomorrow and planning an L shape of concrete around it (about 300 sqft). We have received two quotes so far, one at $24 CAD/sqft and another at $55 CAD/sqft. The higher quote seems more detailed and professional but also expensive. I am looking for insight on expected prices.
