Is $6,000 to replace the custom pool liner a fair price?

I’m buying a house in Florence Kentucky and this will be my first pool. The pool was installed 13 years ago and the liner changed 5 years ago. The pool is evidently a custom size/design so I’ve had 3 companies refuse to consider repairing it. Only the company who installed it will touch it.
