repair and rebuild pool walls and install owner-provided liner

Is $3,500 to repair and rebuild pool walls and install owner-provided liner a fair price?

Project Details

The liner is ripped in multiple spots. I have already purchased a new liner and skimmer replacement through the original pool company, so those costs are not included in the labor estimate. One contractor claims the pool is a total loss due to structural integrity concerns following hard freezes in upstate NY.
