Is $725 to spot clean gutters with gutter guards a fair price?

I am a first-time homeowner and was initially quoted $295 for gutter cleaning. I was unaware that my house has gutter guards. The company is now charging $625 to spot clean the gutters and an additional $100 fee for coming out since I didn't tell them about the guards. This seems really high to me, and I'm questioning if it's normal to charge $100 just for coming out when they couldn't do the originally quoted work.
