Is $350 to replace and seal a couple of shingles a fair price?

I had a small hailstorm and my roof seemed fine, but my neighbor got a new roof, and I was talked into making an insurance claim. I don't think my roof needs replacing, only minor repair. I'm tempted to take the insurance check for the Actual Cost Value and put it towards other house repairs, but I'm concerned about potential insurance policy non-renewal or difficulty finding a new insurer if I don't use the funds for a roof replacement.
