Is $18,000 to install epdm roofing a fair price?
Project Details
I don't live in the house and it's two and a half hours away. The roof is low pitch (estimated 3/12) and currently has torch down asphalt. I am concerned about the longevity of torch down asphalt compared to EPDM or shingles.
