Is $27,000 to replace a 2,000 sq ft flat roof with new epdm a fair price?
Project Details
I moved into a house a little over a year ago and installed solar panels on my pitched roof. I am looking to replace the flat roof now so that it lasts as long as the new solar panels I plan to install on it, even though the current roof may have 10 years of life left.
