Is $28,000 to replace roofing with IKO Dynasty shingles a fair price?

I am in Texas and paying retail. I'm wondering if the shingle quality makes that much of a difference. Google AI says that IKO is a little better, but from a search in this sub, some don’t like IKO. I also think the more expensive one is replacing the vents and pipe boots rather than using the same ones.
