Is $300 to patch a roof leak a fair price?

I have a small amount of water damage just under a corner of my roof. I've lived here for about 4 years, and the house was refurbished around 2017, so the roof is at least 9 years old. I don't know much about roofs or construction, but I'm concerned about the current state of the roof and if it's a problem waiting to happen. I'm also having this builder do some unrelated work on my house.
