Is $450 to patch roof leak a fair price?
Project Details
I made a post about this a few days ago but without the photo of the door for more context. That door is on the second floor and it’s leaking. I had the roof redone a couple years ago and the same roofer keeps coming out every few months. Now he is offering a patch as a fix for $450, and I'm wondering if I should just hire someone else. I'm not sure what to do.
