This estimate includes labor and materials for a complete roof replacement. - Protect landscaping with tarps and plywood during tear-off. - Remove and dispose of existing roof shingles and underlayment (one layer). - Inspect and back nail the roof deck surface as needed. - Pull back insulation in all intake soffits where adequate access is available. - Replace any rotted/delaminated wood at a cost of $75.00 per 4 - Install new White metal 4 - Install Atlas Ice and Water Shield to all vulnerable areas: all eaves, valleys, chimneys, pipe collars, and low-pitched sections. - Install full deck underlayment for moisture protection: Summit 60. - For under 4 Pitch, manufacturer requires full Ice & Water Protection. - Install NEW flashing at riser walls, dormers, etc. - Reglet cut Chimney (color) Black. - Install new boots & pipe collars. - Paint all vent pipes to match roof color family (Lifetime). - Install ATLAS PINNACLE PRISTINE Lifetime High Performance Architectural asphalt shingles with 3M Scotchguard Protection. - Install new Ridge Vent and Atlas Pro-Cut Hip & Ridge Shingles at peak of roof. - Use 6 galvanized nails per shingle. - The entire job site will be magnetically swept and all job debris hauled away. - ATLAS Extended Roof Warranty Included. - Includes XXXX Construction 15 Year Transferrable Workmanship Warranty. - Homeowner note: Any personal items in the attic should be covered with plastic for protection.
