Is $2,300 to install soffit and ridge vents a fair price?
Project Details
Bought the house about 3 years ago. The attic currently only has two gable vents and lacks soffit or ridge vents. Summer attic temperatures reach 140F when it is 90F outside. The attic is unfinished with minimal insulation and some warped floorboards.
