Is $30,000 to replace a 2,000 sq ft roof with GAF shingles a fair price?
Project Details
I have a 2000 sq ft roof, 20 squares as it were. The company refused to split the estimate by labor/materials. It took a mere 3 hours to get an estimate, which I suspect is just a pressure sales tactic to wear you down. I'm looking for thoughts on what it should cost.
