Is $26,000 to tear off and rebuild roof with new gutters a fair price?
Project Details
I live in WNY and this roof is about 14 years old (per the previous owner). No leaks in the home but we do have some areas of concern. The patch in the first picture was from a removed chimney. It was because my insurance did a random inspection and saw that patch where the chimney was replaced. They want that corrected.
