Is $1,600 to cover the sides of the house with aluminum a fair price?
Project Details
We had a bat come in our house recently, possibly through damaged soffit/fascia. We had our roof replaced a couple years ago, and they did not cover/cap the soffit/fascia at the time. Two people have told me that should have been included. I'm leaning towards just a small cap at the corners to cover the holes, but I'm looking for an honest opinion on the proposed $1600 quote and other options.
